Questions
Before you order
Shipping, returns and the questions the desk gets every drop.
Shipping
Parcels leave the floor within two working days, tracked. Two to five days in Europe, five to ten elsewhere.
Returns
Fourteen days, unworn, with the manifest tag still on. We refund the piece, not the postage.
Repairs
A seam that opens in the first year is sewn shut here for nothing. Send it back with a note.
Will there be a restock?
No. A drop is three hundred pieces and when they are gone the number is closed. The Blank 480 is the exception: it is cut in every run, so the next one is never more than three months away.
Can I reserve a piece at a stockist?
That is between you and the shop. Most of them will hold a size for a day if you call on drop morning. We do not run a reservation list ourselves.
Why is the site allocation smaller than the shops?
Because the shops drove the label. Fourteen stockists take about seventy percent of every run; the site gets the rest at ten in the morning on drop day.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, tracked, with duties paid by you on arrival. Ask the desk for an estimate before you order and we will tell you what the last parcel to your country cost.
Can I exchange for another size?
If the size exists, yes, within fourteen days. Most sizes are gone within a week of a drop, so a return for a refund is more likely.
